What will you learn?
The CSQM 1 Quality Management standard requires all firms to have a system of quality management designed and implemented by December 15, 2023.
In this workshop we will provide an overview of the CSQM 1 Quality Management Standard and use the Tilaus software platform to:
- Define your firm's roles and responsibilities for quality management
- Tailor the quality objectives for your firm
- Document pertinent facts about your firm and your engagements to enable the identification of risks
- Identify and assess your firm's quality risks
- Develop policies and procedures
